Kaillie Awake Prototype by Maissa Said

Introducing the prototype of the gorgeous happy baby girl Kaillie Awake, sculpted by Maissa Said and brought to life by artist Maria Lynn. Kaillie is 19.5” and weighs 7lbs 6oz.

This Kaillie Awake was sculpted by renowned sculptor, Maissa Said and was finished by Maria Lynn Dolls. Though the edition will be cast by Jennie Lee, this soft blend baby Kaillie Awake is the only kit in the edition that was cast by Maria Lynn.

Kaillie Awake has been given armatures in the arms which allows her to hold a wide range of poses. Kaillie Awake has an absolutely adorable smiling open mouth. She has gums and tongue sculpted inside, and she can take a standard newborn pacifier. 

Maria Lynn has painted Kaillie Awake with her own blend of professional silicone pigments and she is sealed with a high quality matte finish for a soft and smooth baby-skin feel. She has soft veining, beautiful mottling, detailed nails, tiny capillaries, and lifelike shading all over.

Her hair was rooted with a blend of light to medium dark brown in a very natural baby pattern. All of her hairs were directionally rooted and lay naturally as shown. Her hair can be gently brushed and styled with lightly spritzed water and a soft bristle baby brush. She has dainty baby lashes framing her beautiful German glass eyes, and her eyebrows have been carefully applied and sealed to achieve brilliant detail. 

Kaillie Awake will bring home all of the outfits shown, as well as a diaper, blanket, pacifier, and care instructions. Please note that props and background items are not included (and neither is her twin, Kaillie Asleep). 

Kaillie Awake was created in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. She will ship home within 2 business days of a completed purchase.
